Raphaël Ménard est le directeur de la prospective du groupe EGIS (10000 personnes et leader en ingénierie de la construction) et co-gérant d’Elioth (Egis Concept).

Il est le co-inventeur et le co-fondateur de Wind It, une innovation dans la production électrique éolienne consistant à superposer un réseau d’éoliennes à axe vertical au réseau existant de transport et de distribution de l’électricité.

Enseignant en architecture postcarbone, il est considéré en France comme l’une des figures de l’intelligence « CO₂-free ».
